Effect of nonstoichiometry on Raman scattering of VO2 films

We report on Raman scattering of VO2 films prepared by radio frequency magnetron sputtering under different conditions. Our investigations revealed that the dominated Raman peaks shift towards high frequency for both V-rich and O-rich VO2 films, compared with the stoichiometry VO2 films. The experimental evidence is presented and the cause for nonstoichiometry dependence of Raman spectra of VO2 films is discussed.

Dynamic Mechanism of Sustainable Molecular Orientation Generated From Cyclic Rotational States

Recently, two papers presented by Ortigoso et al. [Phys. Rev. Lett. 93 （2004） 073001 and Phys. Rev. A 72 （2005） 053401] develop a novel strategy in which the best sustainable molecular alignment/orientation has been achieved. We intend to analyse the dynamic mechanisms, including those Ortigoso et al. have not clarified.     

芦丁与胰α-淀粉酶的作用研究

1 引言 芦丁（rutin）又名芸香苷、紫桷皮苷，是桷皮素的3-O-芸香糖苷，属黄酮类化合物。主要存在于豆科植物、芸香科植物籽苗中。芦丁具有维生素P样作用，能降低毛细血管通透性和脆性，促进细胞增生和防止血细胞凝聚以及抗炎、抗过敏、利尿、解痉、镇咳、降血脂等方面的作用。临床上芦丁主要用于高血压病的辅助治疗和防治因芦丁缺乏所致的其它出血症，同时还用于预防和治疗糖尿病及合并高血脂症。胰-淀粉酶（PPA）是存在于人和动物肠道的淀粉消化酶，芦丁通常作为口服制剂进入肠道后不可避免地与PPA结合，芦丁对PPA的特性影响如何？国内外迄今未见报道。     

麻叶千里光挥发油抗病毒活性及成分分析

利用体外细胞病变效应(CPE)法,发现菊科千里光属植物麻叶千里光(Senecio cannabifoliusLess.)挥发油对呼吸道合胞病毒(RSV)和单纯疱疹病毒Ⅰ型(HSV-Ⅰ)致HeLa细胞病变有显著的抑制作用,能不同程度地延缓副流感病毒、柯萨奇病毒B3、腺病毒Ⅲ型和流感病毒致细胞病变作用。为进一步确定麻叶千里光挥发油抗病毒的活性成分,经气相色谱-质谱联用技术对其进行了成分分析。麻叶千里光挥发油得率0.22%(mL/100g),从中初步鉴定了26种化合物,占挥发油总量的88.47%,主要为正十六(烷)酸(27.01%)、胡萝卜次醇(13.73%)、9,12-十八碳二烯酸(9.99%)、α-蒎烯(9.28%)和β-蒎烯(5.58%)。在鉴定出的化合物中,萜烯占47.42%,脂肪酸类占37.61%,其它成分仅占3.44%,故提示麻叶千里光挥发油中高含量的萜烯和脂肪酸类可能与其抗病毒活性有关。     

N,N-二(2-苯并咪唑亚甲基)甲胺高氯酸盐的晶体和电子结构

合成了三齿配体N,N-二(2-苯并咪唑亚甲基)甲胺(MN3)的高氯酸盐.对该化合物进行了元素分析、紫外和红外表征;采用X射线衍射方法测定了该化合物的晶体结构,依据晶体结构数据使用G98程序对配体(MN3)进行了量子化学计算.

Synthesis of a Tweezer—like Bis（Phenylthiapropoxy）calix[4]—arene as a Cation／π Enhanced Sensor for Ion—Selective Electrodes

Two novel 25,27-dihydroxy-26,28-bis(3-phenylthiapropxy)-calix[4]arene(3) and 25,27-dihydroxy-26,28-bis(3-phenylthiapropoxy)-5,11,17,23-tetra-tert-butylcalix[4] arene (4) were synthesized for the evaluation of their ion-selectivity in ion-selective electrodes(ISEs).ISEs based on 3 and 4 as neutral ionophores were prepared,and their selectivity coefficients for Ag^ (lg KAg,M^pot)were investigated against other alkali metal,alkaline-earth metal,aluminum,thallium(Ⅰ）,Lead and some transition metal ions using the separate solution method (SSM).These ISEs showed excellent Ag^ seletivity over most of the interfering cations examined,except for Hg^2 and Fe^2 having relative smaller interference(lg KAg,M^pot≤-2.1).
